ACID JUNK FILM DIARY

WHAT IT IS AND WHAT IT IS NOT
ACID FILM MANIFESTO WRITTEN BY
AMERICAN CULT UNDERGROUND VIDEO ARTIST AND GUERRILLA FILM MAKER
LAURA GRACE ROBLES (B Gurl)

ACID FILM MANIFESTO

the acid film MANIFESTO

an acid film cannot be entirely black and white
an acid film is non narrative and entails non representational and non objective subject matter an acid film must escape human identity
acid film alters the psychology with the psychedelic and the subliminal
like a moving painting acid film is moving expression of conveying emotion and mood distinguished by the distortion or combination of many colors
Acid film is constructed by an additive film making process
there are no real stories to be told in an acid film only imagined ones
acid film does not need any preparation to be created it is manifested impulsively by an unpredictable means without any specific purpose other than to challenge the audience attention span and imagination
acid films can be silent or include electronic music
silent acid films are typically presented during live musical performances existing in the background and those accompanied by electronic music and can also be interpreted as music film
acid film is anti art film and junk film that is recognized as visual art
acid junk film is video art
acid film is typically not considered conventional film no does
acid film is not film by definition
acid films may supersede the camera

BGURL:WELL I CAN'T SPEAK FOR ALL GUERRILLA FILM MAKERS BUT THOSE WHO DO PRACTICE MOCK PERFORMANCE MAY BE CHALLENGED BY THE UNINTENTIONAL OR INTENTIONAL CONFUSION OF HAPPEN STANCE FROM THE DELIVERY OF ACTIONS BY THE ACTORS OR FAKE ACTORS. WHO FAKE WHATS FAKE  WITH OR WITHOUT REALIZING IT WEATHER THEIR IN ON THE JOKE OR NOT. IIS AS SIMPLE AS SPELLING OUT WHAT FAKE MOCKUMENTARY IS ITS "FAKED" DOCUMENTARY THATS BEEN "FAKED" SO TO DECONSTRUCT THAT I COULD SEE MANY UNSCRIPTED FILMS BEING MADE POSSIBLY SHORT FILMS OR EPIC FILMS THAT ARE CONCEPT BASED AND MINIMAL.
